Make Your Stories Stand Out With Stunning AI Images
Tool demo for creative writers (should you NOT count fingers).
In the online world, lead images can make or break a story. As a writer, one of the guidelines I had to follow when submitting my stories to well-known publications was to include images.
“Adding images to your post will help you catch the reader’s attention more easily” — Medium.
An image appeals to the reader because:
It’s a simple way to communicate quickly without making your audience read through a lot of text.
They know what to expect.
It’s aesthetically pleasing.
After trying my hand at writing, I found that my selection of images was not very original. Most creative content writers around me used images from well-known websites like Pixabay, Pexels, and Unsplash, but it was not a surprise since they were free.
A few stood out.
My eyes were soon opened to some of the top writers using Canvas. I realized that I should also invest in these tools if I wanted to compete with them. Along with Grammarly, my favourite writing tool, and several subscriptions to online magazines or writing courses on Udemy, I recently invested in a subscription to Midjourney.
Midjourney is an easy-to-use tool for Discord users. Without design or programming skills, anyone can generate beautiful images for various purposes, from entertainment to commercialization, either as they are or embedded in other digital products.
And, as long as you pay for a subscription, you own the assets you create.
Subject to the above license, you own all Assets you create with the Services. This does not apply if you fall under the exceptions below. — Terms of Services, Midjourney
Today I will share with you some demo image samples I generated for this story, along with their corresponding text prompts, which I trust will be enough to convince you that my headline is not a click-bait.
And, as a bonus, you can use these images freely as long as you truly provide credit to the author who is yours truly.
This is a short preview of my story on Medium. If you want to read more and don’t have a subscription, leave a comment, and I will provide you with a friend link.
Should you feel like sharing, liking, donating a coffee, or subscribing to Substack with this referral link, I would be very grateful!
